About Save the Heartbeat: Save the Heartbeat is a non-profit organization that exists with a mission to fight to improve the lives of those affected by congenital heart disease (CHD), one heartbeat at a time. In doing so, all funds raised go toward our passion projects of Early Detection, increasing Awareness, Research and Community Outreach for those affected by CHD. Since its inception in 2015, Save the Heartbeat and its supporters have raised close to $1,000,000 for a community that so desperately needs it.

About CHD: Congenital Heart Disease is the most common birth defect, it can never be cured, only treated or repaired. An estimated 40,000 babies are born with CHD in the U.S. every year (or 1 in 100). Every year, 100,000 babies won’t make it to their first birthday because of CHD.
